Located in and around the picturesque harbour village, the Porthleven Food Festival is a family fun weekend of live music and delicious local food.
Last year the festival drew around 30,000 people to the small harbour town over three days of food, music, art, entertainment and fun with the ‘Mad Hatter’s’ theme. Now in it’s ninth year, the 2017 theme will be ‘Under the Sea’ – a nod to the intrinsic link between Porthleven and sea.
On Saturday night you can boogie down to an Under the Sea themed party in the shipyard marquee. Expect foot stomping bands and street food style food on offer. Our Sunday bake-off will also follow the theme.
If you are a foodie, then this festival is a must. What better way to spend the weekend than in the picturesque harbour of Porthleven sampling some of the best local cuisine around! The festival goes out with a bang on the Sunday night with a spectacular fireworks display!
