Gorran Haven Beach

Gorran Haven beach is a lovely crescent shaped beach, sheltered by the harbour wall and imposing Dodman Point.

The traditional fishing village of Gorran Haven is located on Cornwall’s south coast and lies a couple of miles west of Mevagissey. With it’s narrow streets framed by fishermen’s cottages, working harbour and laid back pace of life the unspoilt village is a lovely reminder of times gone by.

Gorran Haven Beach has excellent water quality, offering safe bathing conditions for families. In the summer months fishing trips operate from the beach giving you the chance to experience a slice of the true cornish lifestyle. At low tide, the small neighbouring beach of “Little Perhaver” becomes accessible (please check tide times).

Gorran Haven beach is dog friendly, but dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
